Tidbits about Kelsey

When in 8th grade all students get to enjoy a flight on a small aircraft. Local pilots, who have small planes and belong to the Young Eagles organization, donate their time every year to let an 8th grade student experience a flight. Kelsey enjoyed her flight in a Cherokee PA-28180 piloted by Keith O.

Another event was the 8th grade Honors Breakfast Awards Program. 8th graders who have maintained a 3.5 grade point average or better were honored with a breakfast before school. So on May 13, Ed, Kelsey and I got up a wee bit earlier to attend it.

Kelsey is also getting ready for her BIG dance show. She will be in six numbers this year including, tap, ballet, jazz, modern and for the first time....pointe! The show is on June 4 and 5. I am excited to see her dancing pointe for the first time.
